During our end of tenancy I had ordered a replacement bulb for the ceiling fan realised it wasn't going to arrive before we vacated and Nathan offered to collect the part from Bunnings on our behalf. They manage everything so professionally, communicate exceptionally well, and are by far the best property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They were incredibly understanding and supportive during some difficult personal circumstances, making everything so much more manageable.
