Four property managers, four different routes in. One bought an investment property and ended up building the agency. One was a Red Gum client before he was a Red Gum manager. One has run businesses on two continents. One renovated his way across the world. Whatever your situation looks like, someone here has already stood where you are standing.
Nathan bought an investment property, went looking for someone to manage it, and found nothing that convinced him — so he did it himself, and Red Gum grew out of that. He brought a law degree and a head for finance with him from another industry. If you want a manager who reads your statement the way an owner reads it, that instinct is where this whole agency started.
Koen was on Red Gum’s books before he was on its payroll — Nathan managed his place, saw how he handled things, and offered him a way out of a warehouse job and into this one. He has not forgotten what it looks like from the other side. If you want someone who treats a property as a home rather than a line on a rent roll, that is Koen.
Aman has run two cafés and restaurants and still holds a real estate business back in India, so he has spent years being the person the buck stops with. Two years in Gold Coast rentals, and a family of his own here. If your property needs someone patient, who picks up the phone and stays on it until the thing is sorted, ask for Aman.
Ralph left a corporate career in the UK, landed here nine years ago, and spent three years flipping houses before deciding property management used both halves of him.
