Koen has been great to work with. He’s grounded, easy to talk to, and happy to have a laugh and chat about things beyond real estate. He listens to what you’re after and works with you. We’ve really appreciated that.

I have had an excellent experience with Red Gum Property. Aman Singh is a wonderful property manager, and I am very happy with his services and support.
We were looking for a rental property within a very short time frame of just 7 days, and Aman went above and beyond to help us find the right place. He found a great property for us, especially considering that it is conveniently located close to my daughter’s school.
I really appreciate Aman’s professionalism, communication and affort in helping my family find our new home.I highly recommend Aman Singh and Red Gum Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property manager.

Nathan shows the most genuine care for his tenants. We rented through Nathan for a year before relocation. During our end of tenancy I had ordered a replacement bulb for the ceiling fan realised it wasn't going to arrive before we vacated and Nathan offered to collect the part from Bunnings on our behalf. Nathan was quick to resolve any issues, and always communicated well. Thank you Nathan you are truly one of a kind.

I cannot recommend Koen from Red Gum Real Estate highly enough.

From my very first interaction, Koen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the entire rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible. His communication was exceptional—he kept me informed every step of the way, responded promptly to any questions, and always made me feel valued and respected.

Finding a rental can often be an overwhelming experience, but Koen’s calm, caring, and professional approach made all the difference. His attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to outstanding customer service gave me complete confidence throughout the process.

It’s rare to come across a property manager who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness and integrity. Koen is a true asset to Red Gum Real Estate, and I feel incredibly grateful for all of his support in helping me secure my new home.

Thank you, Koen, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive and enjoyable one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to rent or work with a property manager who truly cares about their clients.
