Nathan shows the most genuine care for his tenants. We rented through Nathan for a year before relocation. During our end of tenancy I had ordered a replacement bulb for the ceiling fan realised it wasn't going to arrive before we vacated and Nathan offered to collect the part from Bunnings on our behalf. They manage everything so professionally, communicate exceptionally well, and are by far the best property management company I’ve ever dealt with.
